Independent Educational Institute
MIDAS Institute for Digital Asset Studies
A structured curriculum in cryptocurrency and blockchain systems. Non-degree, assessment-based coursework for professionals, researchers, and independent learners.
Institutional Status
MIDAS operates as an independent educational institute. The following statements define our organizational structure, credential framework, and academic model.
Independent Operation
MIDAS is not affiliated with any university, accrediting body, or government agency. The institute operates independently to maintain curricular autonomy and direct accountability to learners.
Non-Degree Credentials
MIDAS issues Certificates of Completion, not academic degrees. Certificates attest to successful completion of structured coursework and assessment requirements for each program level.
Assessment-Based Progression
Advancement between program levels requires demonstrated competency through examinations, essays, and applied exercises. Time-in-seat alone does not satisfy progression requirements.
Credential Integrity
MIDAS credentials represent verified completion of defined coursework and successful demonstration of competency. Each certificate is issued only upon satisfaction of all assessment requirements for the corresponding program level.
Credentials are not awarded for participation, enrollment duration, or payment alone.
The institute maintains the right to withhold, revoke, or annotate credentials in cases of academic misconduct or misrepresentation. All issued credentials are entered into a permanent registry and may be independently verified by any party through the public verification system.
Verification Philosophy
Public verification confirms issuance and current status only. The system does not disclose grades, scores, assessment details, or evaluative commentary. Credential holders control the distribution of detailed academic records.
Registry Permanence
Once issued, credentials remain in the registry indefinitely. Revocations are annotated rather than deleted, maintaining a complete institutional record. Credentials do not expire but reflect the curriculum version at time of completion.
Unique Identifiers
Each credential includes a unique verification ID. Third parties may query the registry by ID or holder name to confirm authenticity without requiring the holder's participation.
Program Structure
